Upon purchasing, all customers agree to the purchase policies below:

Shipping

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their purchase. The shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

- Once shipped, the buyer is in charge of tracking the parcel. Upon purchasing the buyer acknowledges that the shop is not responsible for lost or damages by the carrier, once the item tracking is declared shipped. In case of delivery issues or other parcel issues, please also contact us. 

Returns

-  Returns are only accepted for defective items. In case of defective items, please contact us using the Contact option of the website or by emailing [email protected].

Cancellations

-  Cancellations are not allowed at the buyer's discretion unless the shop agrees. Please double-check your shipping address and payment method before placing the order.

- The shop owner may cancel the order due to inventory issues or site glitches.
